About SINAG Cagayan Valley
The Synergistic, Innovative and Agile Cagayan Valley generally aims to establish a Regional Startup Development platform to build and strengthen the startup ecosystem in the region and to create a Regional Startup Ecosystem Development Roadmap that will serve as a guide in improving the startup ecosystem conditions in the region.

DOST R02
- Provide assistance and funding for machinery and equipment acquisition thru the DOST SETUP program;
- Assist in the product standardization of the incubatee’s products thru subsidies or discounts in testing fees for DOST’s available testing services and/or endorsements to other testing laboratories when necessary; and
- Provide grants-in-aid (GIA) for research, development, training, and expansion projects.
DTI R02
- Assist in the registration, licensing and ease of starting business of beneficiary startups and incubatees under the Innovative Startup Program and or CSU-Biznest;
- Provide grants-in-aid (GIA) for startups under the Startup Grant Fund (SGF) to be created by DTI;
- Provide access to Startup Venture Fund (SVF) to be created under the DTI and the National Development Company (NDC);
- Provide updates on upcoming local and international trade promotion events, in which the startups and incubatees may participate in to promote their products/services;
- Assist in marketing through inclusion of startups and incubatees in promotional platforms and marketplaces such as OTOP Hub, etc.; and
- Assistance in the conduct of capacity development courses for startups and incubatees through the deployment or endorsement of resource speakers or trainers.
DA RFA 02
- Provide assistance in sourcing out good quality raw materials for the incubatees from local sources through the AMAS or AMAD;
- Help in establishing appropriate production technology packages as necessary for the incubatee’s technologies or production processes requirements;
- Provide technical advisory services in the establishment or development of organic production technologies, including linkages to appropriate sources of organic raw materials, as well as assistance in filing the necessary certifications needed;
- Assist in the product and process standardization and improvement of the incubatee’s raw materials and facility (meat and livestock quality, chemical or pesticide residues, soil, water quality, etc.) thru subsidies or discounts in testing fees for the available testing services and/or endorsements to other testing laboratories when necessary; and
- Provide grants-in-aid (GIA) for research, development, training, and expansion projects.
DICT R02
- Provide internet connection to the co-working space of the incubatees;
- Provide a joint database of all programs as well as startups and startup enablers who have availed of the benefits and incentives granted by the host agencies; and
- Provide grants-in-aid (GIA) for research, development, training, and expansion projects.
BizNEST
- Provide core business development services to tech-based startups from proof of concept and standardization, up to business and market development;
- Facilitate the commercialization of innovative products and technologies developed by local inventors and researchers;
- Provide a working space with internet connectivity and dedicated work stations that the startup may use with a minimal cost;
- Provide R&D facilities and technical services;
- Organize business summits, technology exhibition, and demo days for business and investor matching;
- Provide incubatees access to the market through web-advertising and e-marketing service.
CVLTBI
- Provide core business development services to tech-based startups from proof of concept and standardization, up to business and market development;
- Facilitate the commercialization of innovative products and technologies developed by local inventors and researchers;
- Provide a working space with internet connectivity and dedicated work stations that the startup may use with a minimal cost;
- Provide R&D facilities and technical services;
- Organize business summits, technology exhibition, and demo days for business and investor matching;

NVSU SABATAN
