SINAG Cagayan Valley
The Synergistic, Innovative, and Agile (SINAG) Cagayan Valley is a consortium established in March 2022 through the Higher Education Institution Readiness for Innovation and Technopreneurship - Regional Startup Enablers for Ecosystem Development (HEIRIT-ReSEED) Program of the Department of Science and Technology - Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD). SINAG Cagayan Valley serves as a coordinating, advisory, policy, and management body for the region's startup and innovation programs, aiming to strengthen and enhance the regional startup ecosystem.
SINAG Cagayan Valley focuses on building a vibrant and connected diverse network of startup enablers, cultivating an inclusive and highly adaptive entrepreneurial culture, providing capital access and local investor engagement to startups, and developing and attracting talents. This collaborative approach ensures that SINAG Cagayan Valley contributes meaningfully to the development of the regional startup ecosystem, driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and long-term growth.
